Army captain calls for prostitutes to be sent to front line to relieve soldiers’ stress

According to Yahoo7 News on December 4th, 2017 … an Australian Army captain has reportedly suggested prostitutes should be sent to the front line to help relieve combat soldiers of stress (https://au.news.yahoo.com/a/38133843/australian-army-captain-says-sex-workers-could-help-soldiers/).

The Daily Telegraph reported Captain Sally Williamson wrote “improved intimacy and sexual interaction can help combat veterans with PTSD recovery” in a blog article.

The article dubbed “Sex And War – A Conversation Army Had To Have”, was reportedly posted earlier this month on the Army’s official Land Power Forum blog but removed several days later.

Capt Williamson wrote that it would be practical for soldiers to “have sexual relations in a safe, secure and controlled environment”, The Daily Telegraph said. “The Army could contract Australian male and female sex workers to service troops in forward operating bases and air bases,” she wrote.
