The ladies at southern comfort are lovely.
Unfortunately the lady at reception called Elly (spelling may be incorrect) always seems to be unfriendly.
Being a reception person I think that she should be more polite. While waiting for the lady of my choice I heard her on the telephone with clients and she seems rude also.
Has anyone had similar experiences.

I seem to have had the same experience over the telephone with her.She’s not very helpful when asked which girls are on and so on.
She did the shows and rooms earlier, was very good there but not as a receptionest.

I am a regular customer at Southern and have always found Elly to be friendly. I think you are being harsh on her, and as far as overhearing her phone conversation with a customer is concerned, for all you know, the customer may have been rude to her.I am sure SCI receptionists would get a lot of crank and nuisance calls.

I’m with Al on this she is a lovely girl who always has a smile,, just must if been a bad day for her
